Monoposto Awards Evening

The Langford Line Motorsport team made their way over to the Ardencote Country Hotel in Warwickshire earlier this year to attend the 2024 Monoposto Awards Evening.

Swapping their overalls and race suits for tuxedos and evening gowns. The night was a roaring success with George picking up the Monoposto F3A Championship prize, 2nd place in the Tiedeman Trophy Winter Series and the Most Successful New Member Trophy.

But the awards didn’t end there as the Langford Line Motorsport team was presented the Stem Trophy, for the team who did the most to encourage the education of young people within the disciplines of Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths. 

Robin Langford, the team boss and occasionally referred to as ‘the old man’, picked up an individual award for best Mechanic, the trophy given to the person who contributed the most to a driver’s success. He feels very privileged to have received this and thanks all who voted for him.

The team now set their sights on the upcoming season, stripping, checking and overhauling the whole car ready for the first test of the year in late March at the Donnington Park GP Circuit. 

A special thank you to the Monoposto Racing Club who organised a fantastic evening and we look forward to racing with them again for the 2025 Season!
